J.Romero started with photography early on. His father had a commercial photography business where he honed his technical skills.

An artist at heart, J. focused on fine art painting a drawing and eventually would start rstudios, a graphic design business. After a few years he returned to his true passion, photography.

J’s subject matter is often very dramatic. A farm with a monstrous storm bearing down, a dessert wasteland in a sand storm. J. finds beauty in the most dramatic settings. Also J. Finds beauty where it is calm and serene. A fan of minimalist and negative space, J. finds images “in the mist” where it peaceful, quiet and simple.
